Rules for applying:
1) You must have a 100 x 35 link button for me to use.
2) Your site must be HQ; No pre-made templates, such as freewebs. (HTML mode freewebs, tripod, etc sites will be accepted, only if quality is good)
3) You must update your site regularly.
4) You MUST link us before applying.
5) No pornography, hateful, or bashing sites.
6) Not only fansites are accepted - Such as Graphic sites, etc.
7) If you're not accepted the first time, you can apply again, if you make your site better.
8) All Victoria sites are automatically accepted.
9) No Myspace, Live Journal, Xanga, etc sites will be accepted.
